The Pajama Squid

This blog came about after I watched a PBS program about Squids, Octopui, and other cephalopods.  On this program the filmers showed a squid called a “Pajama Squid” or a “Dumpling Squid”.  This adorably fat, striped puff instently captured my attention because of its unique look.  Our little plump fellow looks as if he has just sliped into a pair of striped p.j.’s.  Do not be fooled by his cute deminor, he packs a punch.  Along with the Blue Ringed Outopus, he is one of the few know cephalopods that are poisones. (Wikipedia)  Cut and deadly, a winning combonation.  Little Dumpling lives off the coast of Australia along with many of his other interesting marine friends.  He captures our hearts, and makes all the girls swoon because he is the “Pajama Squid”!

This is OUr Dumpling!
